Her work, formalized in drawing and painting, seeks to give life to death by searching for the link between heaven and earth, as well as the interconnection between the microcosm and the macrocosm where forms begin to reveal themselves. Plants emerge, symbols of life, representing the connection between the material and the spiritual. From the plants emerge wings, which bring lightness and the possibility of ascension. From the wings, birds are born, representing the transition between the earthly and the celestial. Alongside the birds, Angels appear, reinforcing this connection. These elements, laden with symbolism, unify in the all-seeing Eye of God, a symbol of divine vigilance and protection.

 

Viviane Teixeira embodies this cycle of transformation and elevation in a tactile and vigorous painting, in oil on canvas and subordinate to it.
